The Adult Troop of Motor City Youth Theatre

Now that we have our own playhouse in Livonia, we are excited to formally announce the addition of GRANTLAND STREET PLAYERS and our premier of Neil Simon's The Odd Couple! We welcome you to Join our organization as an actor, theatre-goer or financial supporter.

MCYT was established in 1990 as Redford Youth Theatre and operated under the umbrella of South Redford Schools. Since that time we have offered a number of family plays such as Rip Van Winkle, The Trial of Tom Sawyer, Step on a Crack, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Hamlet, OLIVER, and most recently, The Story of Holly and Ivy, all of which included children and adults in the cast. Our past productions also include A Chorus Line and The Sunshine Boys with adult casts.
